ER PocketCards Privacy Policy

ER PocketCards is designed for in-person card games. No account is required. The developer does not collect data from the app and does not operate a cloud game server. The app contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs, and provides no public rooms or stranger matchmaking.
Information handled on your device
- Player display names, table settings, card state, action history, game results, and replay information.
- A daily count of free practice games and newly hosted tables, plus the locally cached Pro entitlement state.
- Local network addresses and temporary room/session credentials needed to let nearby devices join.
Local storage and local-network sharing
- Game history, settings, and table recovery state may be stored only on the device.
- When a local room is active, the host sends each participant only the table information that participant is permitted to see over the same Wi-Fi or personal hotspot.
- Display names and public table actions are visible to other people in the same local room. Private hands are sent only to the corresponding player.
- The app does not upload names, hands, results, replay data, or local network addresses to a developer-controlled server.
In-App Purchase
The optional Pro Lifetime unlock is a non-consumable purchase processed by Apple through StoreKit. The developer does not receive or store your payment-card information. The app reads Apple-provided transaction and entitlement status only to unlock or restore Pro features.
Tracking, advertising, and third parties
The app does not track you across apps or websites and does not share app data with data brokers, advertisers, or analytics providers. Apple may process App Store purchase information under Apple's own privacy terms.
Deletion
You can clear saved game history from Settings inside the app. Ending or resetting a table clears its active state as described in the app. Deleting the app removes its remaining locally stored data. Because the developer does not maintain an account or cloud copy, there is no developer-hosted account data to delete.

- 战绩、设置和牌桌恢复状态只会保存在设备本机。
- 开启本地房间后，房主只通过同一 Wi-Fi 或个人热点，向每位参与者发送其有权查看的牌桌信息。
- 显示名称和牌桌公开行动会被同一房间内的其他参与者看到；私有手牌只发送给对应玩家。
- App 不会把名称、手牌、战绩、复盘或局域网地址上传到开发者控制的服务器。
App 内购买
可选的“Pro 永久版”是由 Apple 通过 StoreKit 处理的非消耗型购买。开发者不会接收或保存你的银行卡信息。App 只读取 Apple 提供的交易和权益状态，用于解锁或恢复 Pro 功能。
追踪、广告与第三方
App 不会跨 App 或网站追踪你，也不会把 App 数据分享给数据经纪商、广告商或分析服务商。Apple 可能依据其自身隐私条款处理 App Store 购买信息。
删除方式
你可以在 App 的“设置”中清除已保存的战绩。结束或重置牌桌会按 App 内提示清除当前牌桌状态。删除 App 会移除其余本机数据。由于开发者不维护账号或云端副本，因此没有需要向开发者申请删除的云端账号数据。
